We can either supply experienced and dedicated healthcare assistants, support workers and registered nurses directly to the client organisation or to other agencies on a sub-contract basis.

All our workers complete a rigorous recruitment and induction process including:

  • Satisfactory previous references and previous work history check
  • Identification/ proof of address/ right to work checks
  • Up-to-date Enhanced DBS for adult and child workforce
  • Occupational health assessment- fit to work check
  • Mandatory and specialist training Core Skills Training Framework aligned including practical skills in Basic Life Support, Moving and Manual Handling, and de-escalation techniques/ physical restraint training
